RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

• Non personalized products : you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without providing any reason.
• Personalized products: Returns are not accepted unless there is manufacturing defect or a justified lack of conformity

PROCEDURE

• Please contact us at Kintsujournal.atelier@hotmail.com indicating your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
• Once the item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and returned with its original packaging and accessories.

RETURN COSTS

       Withdrawal ( change of mind): at the customer's expense

       Defective items: covered by Kintsujournal

REFUNDS

        Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days from the notification of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the returned items are received or proof of return is provided.

LEGAL GUARANTEE

        All new products are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee for lack of conformity. Where applicable, we will offer a replacement or repair. If it is not possible, a price reduction or contract termination will be provided in accordance with consumer protection laws.
