This website is operated by Kintsujournal. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Kintsujournal.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engaged in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. PRODUCT NATURE
Each Kintsu journal is a handmade, one-of-a-kind piece.
Due to artisanal process and the use of natural leather:
- Variations in texture, tone, marks, or grain are NOT defects.
- Each piece is unique and may slightly differ from product images.
- Small imperfections are part of the character and authenticity of the product.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All rices are listed in Euros and include VAT where aplicable.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify prices at any time
- Correct pricing errors without prior notice.
Payment must be completed at checkout via the available payment methods.
4. PERSONALISATION
Products that include custom initials or personalization.
- Are made specifically for you
- cannot be returned or refunded, unless defective.
Please ensure all personalization details are correct before confirming your
order.
5. SHIPPING
We ship from Spain to selected national and UE.
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Kintsujournal is not responsable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or
external factors.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site ( images, text, branding, design) is the property of
Kintsujournal and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for:
- indirect or incidental damages.
- losses resulting from misuse of the product.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of SPAIN
